Despite a minor delay with housekeeping requests, the friendly and helpful staff, including Mr Alexander at the reception, ensured a memorable and comfortable stay. the complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room and the presence of an outdoor playground were delightful surprises that added immense value to my visit. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone seeking a remarkable stay in Dubai.
